Panchakarma usually requires 7 to 21 days treatment for proper detoxification of the body which lasts longer. We have 7 days, 14 days and 21 days course for Panchakarma treatment.
We recommend to stay at the hospital during Panchakarma. As after the procedures the body & mind needs some rest so one can have the full benefit of the treatment. Also we provide Ayurvedic diet during the stay which enhances the effect of the treatment.
Yes. We have Relax with Ayurveda course of 3 days which includes a full body message, medicated steam and Shirodhara. It is very much helpful for relieving mental & physical stress.
Panchakarma is done only after the evaluation of strength of the person. Approximately we can consider the age limit for panchakarma between 10 to 70 years of age.
